OUTS :
Mathieu Flamini (AC Milan Free)

Arsenal are reportedly close to signing Marseille midfielder Samir Nasri (Apparently he is already being given the tag of ‘The new Zidane’), while they have also been granted a work permit for striker Carlos Vela who has been out on-loan since they signed him in 2005. Boss Arsene Wenger may focus his attentions on holding onto Alexander Hleb and Emmanuel Adebayor from Barcelona, AC Milan though, with Real Madrid and Inter Milan set to launch £15 million bids, and a replacement for Mathieu Flamini.
Arsenal are also keeping tabs on Roque Santa Cruz (Blackburn), Jean Il Makoun (Lyon), Yoan Gouffran (Caen), Robinho (Real Madrid), Wayne Hennessey (Wolves), Joao Moutinho (Sporting), Aaron Ramsey (Cardiff City), Lilian Thuram (Barcelona), youngster Sotiris Ninis (Panathinaikos).

So, let's see what happen at the next month....
